At SpotLight Transfers, every order is custom-produced specifically for each customer. Because of the custom nature of our products, please review this policy carefully before placing your order.
Custom Products
All DTF transfers and gang sheets are custom-made using the artwork and specifications provided by the customer. For this reason, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:
- Incorrect artwork submitted by the customer.
- Spelling or design errors approved by the customer.
- Incorrect sizing selected by the customer.
- Color variations resulting from customer-provided artwork or monitor display differences.
- Orders that have already entered production.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product due to our error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Clear photographs of the product and packaging.
Once reviewed, SpotLight Transfers may replace the product or issue a refund at our discretion if the error was ours.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before production begins. Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled or modified.
