Welcome to SpotLight Transfers. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Products

SpotLight Transfers specializes in custom Direct-to-Film (DTF) transfers, gang sheets, and related custom printed products. All products are made to order based on the artwork and specifications provided by the customer.

2. Customer Artwork

By uploading artwork to our website, you represent that you own the rights to the artwork or have permission from the copyright or trademark owner to reproduce it. SpotLight Transfers is not responsible for copyright, trademark, or intellectual property violations resulting from customer-submitted artwork.

3. Order Approval

Customers are responsible for reviewing all uploaded artwork, sizing, spelling, colors, and order details before completing their purchase. Once an order enters production, it cannot be changed or canceled.

4. Returns and Refunds

Because all DTF transfers and gang sheets are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer errors, including incorrect artwork, sizing, spelling, or color selection.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can review your claim and determine an appropriate resolution.

5. Production Times

Production times are estimates and may vary based on order volume, holidays, equipment maintenance, or unforeseen circumstances. Estimated production times do not include shipping time.

6. Shipping

Orders are shipped using third-party carriers. Once an order has been shipped, SpotLight Transfers is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other events beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order is returned due to an incorrect addr.

7. Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

SpotLight Transfers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
